    Norsk Megling Internationals broker-license meets the requirements from the EU. We are members of the international broker-organizations FIABCI – UNIS – CEPI – CEI, and our Norwegian agents are members of NEF and EFF. We have signed our Real Estate Agents & Brokers Liability Insurance in the insurance companies Allianz and Verspieren.

    Our partners – We have hired partners for settlement and mandate, local notaries/lawyers/Norwegian lawyers with the expertise regarding all aspects of buying property abroad. Together we ensure quality buying-process from A to Z.

    Financing – Can be provided in most of the countries we work in. We work close with local banks and foreign banks/finance companies. Most loans is taken in Euro, other currencies can be discussed. It is possible to apply for a loan up to 80% of the purchase price. It is also possible to apply for a long term down payment, as well as an interest-only loan.

    Insurance – We cooperate with Norwegian and foreign insurance companies.
